REFUND POLICY

Proud Credit, LLC agrees to give a 100% refund to "the Client" if our consultation advice does not improve "the Client's” credit. "Improve" shall be defined as removing at least 25% of negative items from the three major credit bureaus: TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian.

"The Client" must have not used a "Credit Repair Company" in the past two (2) years for the Refund Policy to be in effect and "the Client" may not have attempted to repair his/her credit on his/her own in the past two (2) years. "

“The Client" is current on all payments to Proud Credit, LLC without NSF’s that have not been paid to Proud Credit, LLC.

“The Client" has followed all of Proud Credit’s advice/instructions to improve their credit score without incurring any additional debt (without notifying Proud Credit, LLC) which could negatively affect their credit score.

"The Client" also agrees that accurate collections and charge-off accounts with balances are not included in the Refund Policy.

"The Client" must mail all disposition letters or updated credit report from Creditors and each of the three major credit bureaus: TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian, every forty-five (45) days for the Refund Policy to apply.

“The Client" has utilized the Proud Credit’s Client log in portal for notifications and instructions that would positively impact his/her credit score. Neglecting to do follow Proud Credit’s emailed instructions and guidelines could affect the refund from being issued.

The Refund Policy only applies to negative items Proud Credit, LLC is contracted to consult on by "the Client" at the time of agreement.

Any additional negative items reported after the Proud Credit Restoration Service Agreement is signed are not included in the agreement and will require an additional consulting fee.
